Professional Mall Security Management Review and Certification

Primary Objectives

Who Should Attend

Must have any of the following qualifications:
  • Must be a member of MSMAP
  • Licensed Security of PNP SOSIA
  • Employed as Security Officer in a Corporate Organization
  • College Graduate  o Law Enforcement, Military experience or its equivalent

Registration and Fee

Day 1 – Opening Day

  • Registration (1hr)
  • Program Overview (1 hr)
  • Security Investigation Management (2 hrs)
  • Workshop on the Development of Asset Protection Plan (with emphasis on CPTED Principles) (4 hrs)

Day 2 – Second Day​

  • Asset Protection Management (with emphasis on Shopping Mall) (2 hrs)
  • Loss Prevention Management (with emphasis on Retail Operations) (2 hrs)
  • Workshop on Emergency, or Crisis  and Event Management (4 hrs)

Day 3 – Third Day

  • Legal Consideration and Guides (2 hrs)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (2 hrs)
  • Human Rights: Juvenile Behavior and Gender Awareness and Sensitivity (2 hrs)
  • Property Management (2 hrs)

Day 4 – Closing Day

  • Review
  • Exam
  • Defense
  • Graduation
